VPA Membership Requirements

A prerequisite for joining the VPA is a strong desire to meet or exceed state and federal regulations and follow guidelines that are applicable to automotive service contracts. Members also agree to comply with other additional criteria defined by the VPA such as Best Practices, Code of Conduct and telemarketing rules.
