Filing a Complaint

The Vehicle Protection Association (VPA) holds our members to a high standard of accountability. If you feel you have been mistreated by a vehicle service contract vendor, regardless of whether they are a VPA member or not, we want to know about it. Here are some helpful resources on filing a complaint against a vehicle service contracts company:

• Report an Issue - If you have a complaint about a vehicle service contract company, let us know and we will investigate the issue.
• How to File an Extended Warranty Robocall Complaint - If you have received a robodial solicitation from a telemarketer offering an "extended car warranty," we want to know about it. (VPA members are explicitly prohibited from using robodialing tactics.)
