A thorough review regarding industry standards of conduct and an evaluation of compliance with federal and state laws confirms that certified companies are protecting consumers and honestly representing services provided.
Selbyville, DE, October 8, 2010 -- The Vehicle Protection Association (VPA), an association formed to promote regulatory transparency, education and accountability for marketing and servicing automotive service contracts, announced today that Fidelity Automotive Solutions successfully completed the Certification-Audit Program.
Fidelity Automotive Solutions obtained certification after going through a thorough evaluation, including an on-site audit, to ensure they are in compliance with federal and state laws and that they are upholding the Standards of Conduct established by the Vehicle Protection Association.

As part of the Certification-Audit Program, companies must submit to a third-party for review. In addition to an on-site audit, companies also complete a self evaluation.
